Malwarebytes for mac os x lion

I’ve downloaded all of the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware versions, but I cannot install them. RAM 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 Startup disk Macintosh HD More info IMac 21.5” Mid 2011. GENIO – I delete/trash the file, restart the computer, then Malwarebytes scan again and found the same file!. Malwarebytes scan reports presence of Mac OS x.
